The project for international students "Summer 2023" has been completed The final event of the "Summer 2023" project, organized by the Faculty of International Education of TSTU for foreign students, was a folk game lapta. The organizers of the event explained foreign students the rules of this game and gave a short introduction into its history.
The project "Summer 2023" for international students of TSTU As part of the "Summer 2023" project, foreign students visited the museum complex "Aseev Estate". The students got acquainted with the history of the factory owners' family, the provincial life of Russian industrialists of the early twentieth century, the amazing architectural style "modern" and the work of the Russian architect Lev Kekushev.
Excursions for foreign students of TSTU to Tambov enterprises Foreign students of TSTU together with their teachers visited JSC "Pigment" – one of the largest Russian enterprises producing chemical products. At the "Pigment" plant, the students got acquainted with the history of the enterprise, looked at the products manufactured at the plant, and also took part in a master class.
TSTU develops cooperation with African countries Within the framework of the Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum, an Agreement of Intent on Scientific, Academic and Cultural Cooperation between Tambov State Technical University and the University of Zimbabwe was signed. Vice-Rector for International Activities of TSTU Elena Mishchenko and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Zimbabwe Paul Mapfumo discussed the possibilities of organizing advanced training programs and internships for teachers of the African University on the basis of Tambov State Technical University, Russian language courses for young people who want to study and work in Russia, mutual participation of teachers of the two universities in international conferences and seminars and initiating joint scientific research.
Vice-Rector for International Activities of TSTU took part in the Russia-Africa Forum At the end of July, as part of the Government Delegation of the Tambov Region, Vice-Rector for International Activities Elena Mishchenko took part in the Second Summit of the Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum in St. Petersburg. At the forum meetings of representatives of the Russian and African universities were organized. One of the important issues for discussion was the involvement of more African citizens to study at universities of the Russian Federation, the intensification of joint scientific research in priority areas of science and technology.
Representatives of the International Department joined the coordination meeting of the Association of Green Universities of Russia On July 14 Ekaterina Bakeeva, the coordinator of the all-Russian program "Green Universities of Russia", held an online meeting with Tambov State Technical University as well as with other universities participating in the Association. The event was dedicated to discussing the results of the Green Universities Ranking 2022, planned summer webinars for students and teachers, all-Russian promotions and quests.
Representatives of the International Department of TSTU took part in an online meeting with the Beijing Bridge Cultural Exchange Company On July 11 an online meeting with representatives of the Beijing Bridge Cultural Exchange Company took place at Tambov State Technical University. During the meeting the participants discussed possible prospects and organizational issues of initiating a joint study program between TSTU and Yulin University.
TSTU International students participate in the campaign "#Стихомарафон" In June students from Algeria, Cameroon, Afghanistan, Egypt, Yemen, Iraq read poems by classics of Russian literature at Tambov Regional Universal Scientific Library named after A.S. Pushkin. The purpose of the campaign is to promote the Russian poetic heritage, Russian language and culture across the globe.
TSTU students developed a textbook with adaptation for blind students and received the 4th place at the International Olympiad "IT-Planet 2023" A team of students of the "Information Systems and Technologies" training course, Anatoly Kleimenov and Daniil Sidorov, took fourth place in the final of the XIV International Olympiad in the field of Information Technology "IT-Planet 2023" within the framework of the "Unlimited Opportunities" program. In total, 59 teams from Russia and CIS countries took part in this direction. Within the framework of the "Vision" direction, participants were asked to develop a technological project aimed at improving the life quality of blind and visually impaired people. The "Tambov Team" presented an innovative project "Textbook with adaptation for blind students" aimed at improving the lives of people with visual disabilities.
Representatives of the Department "Architecture and Urban Planning" of TSTU took part in an international event on design On June 15 an international event was held at the Union Concept Store in Lipetsk. The head of the Department "Architecture and Urban Planning" Tatiana Yelchishcheva and the 1st year Master’s student Anna Chernykh took part in the event, during which they attended lectures of the speakers from Italy and Russia and participated in a master class on the use of lighting devices conducted by the company "Aledo".
A meeting of the student club "Interlenta" was held at TSTU A regular meeting of the "Interlenta" student club "Together against Terror" was held at the Faculty of International Education, dedicated to ways to counter terrorist threats. The students watched the educational film "Terrorism: How Not to Become its Victim", created by the Institute of Criminology of the Federal Security Service.
A quest for the foreign students of TSTU was held on the International Day of the Russian Language On June 6, educators of the department "Russian Language and General Educational Disciplines" held a quest for foreign students dedicated to the International Day of the Russian Language and to the birthday of the great Russian poet A. S. Pushkin.
TSTU representatives attended the First Eurasian Symposium for Architecture, Urbanism and Design "ESAUD – 2023" At the end of May TSTU students and teachers of the Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Transport took part in the First Eurasian Symposium for Architecture, Urbanism and Design "ESAUD – 2023", which was held at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I.Razzakov. Within the framework of the symposium, an international scientific and practical conference, an exhibition of creative achievements, a review competition of student projects, round tables, lectures, trainings, seminars and master classes were held. At the opening of the exhibition of creative works, a concert program was shown, during which the collections of clothes of KSTU students and the TSTU Fashion Theater "Eklektika" were demonstrated.
The Conference "V.I. Vernadsky: Engineering Science and Education to Ensure the Security and Sustainable Development of Regions" was held at TSTU On June 1 the plenary session of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "V.I.Vernadsky: Engineering Science and Education to Ensure the Security and Sustainable Development of Regions" " was held. The event was attended by the representatives of the Government of the Tambov region, regional, national and foreign universities and scientific organizations. The participants were greeted by the rector of Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University, representatives of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University, the Nab'A Al-Hayat Foundation for Medical Sciences and Health Care(Iraq), the Ministry of Agriculture of Iraq and the University of East Sarajevo (Republic of Srpska). Plenary reports included topics such as the concept of noosphere and the limits of growth and planetary boundaries in the context of education for sustainable development.
Representatives of TSTU participated in the conference on the effective functioning of agro-industrial complex TSTU scientists Professor Nikolay Puchkov and Associate Professor Andrey Popov took part in the 15th International Conference "Formation of Organizational and Economic Conditions for the Effective Functioning of Agro-industrial Complex". The conference was held at the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University (Republic of Belarus, Minsk) from June 25 to 27. It was attended by more than 100 scientists from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.
The Week of V.I. Vernadsky started at TSTU The Week of V.I. Vernadsky was opened on May 30 by the III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Sustainable Development: Traditions of Local Self-Government and Modernity". Participants discussed the study of conditions, features, history and results of the activities of the state institutions, regional and local government in Russia and abroad as a factor of sustainable development of territories. Representatives of the RAS Commission for the Study of the Scientific Heritage of Outstanding Scientists, the Organization of Cultural Exchange between Iraq and Russia, the National Library of Srbac (Republic of Srpska), International University "MITSO" (Belarus), the V. I. Vernadsky Non-Governmental Environmental Foundation, the State Archive of the Tambov Region and the other Russian universities took part in the Conference.
Representatives of TSTU attended an international conference in Minsk On May 26 a delegation of Tambov State Technical University under the leadership of Irina Iskevich, Head of the Department of International Law, visited the Republic of Belarus. As part of the trip, representatives of TSTU took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Theory and Practice of Electoral Process". The conference was organized by the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Central Election Commission and the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. During the event, experts discussed topical issues of organization of elections, exchanged experience in the use of modern electoral technologies of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
International round table "We are together not to forget" On May 10 Tambov State Technical University held an international round table "We are together not to forget", dedicated to the Day of the Great Victory and the memory of the victims of World War II. Among the foreign participants of the event were representatives of the administration of the city of Doboj (Republic Srpska), students and teaching staff of International University "MITSO" (Belarus), National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, Tashkent State University of Economics. The round table featured the importance of contribution of different countries representatives to the common Victory.
TSTU continues to take part in online events of Vietnam Week in Russia On April 19 a round table "Solidary Economy: Prospects for Business Cooperation" was held at the site of the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation within the framework of the Vietnam Week "The Facets of Southeast Asia: Vietnam is the Gateway to Asia". Students and teachers of the Institute of Economics and Quality of Life, the Department "Economic Security and Quality" took part in the event in an online format.
Tambov State Technical University takes part in online events of Vietnam Week in Russia On April 17 the grand opening of the Festival "The Facets of Southeast Asia: Vietnam - the Gateway to Asia" took place within the framework of Vietnam Week in the Russian Federation. Vice-Rector for International Activities Elena Mishchenko, Head of the International Relations Office Larisa Mikheeva and students of TSTU Institute of Law took part in the online round table "Russia and Vietnam: Strategic Partnership in a New Era", where topical issues of Russian-Vietnamese economic, scientific, technological and humanitarian cooperation were discussed with the participation of representatives of government agencies, scientists and entrepreneurs from Russia and Vietnam.
TSTU Rector and Vice-Rector took part in the international conference on engineering pedagogy On April 14 the XII IGIP International Regional Conference on Engineering Pedagogy "Peculiarities of Training Engineering Educators Taking into Account the Actualization of the Specialty and Postgraduate Studies" was held at the site of the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University. The conference was attended by the Rector of TSTU Mikhail Krasnyansky and Vice-Rector for International Activities Elena Mishchenko. The purpose of the conference was the exchange of experience in training, retraining and advanced training of engineering educators, taking into account new requirements for training specialists, development and implementation of new educational materials, new courses for engineering teaching staff, methodological techniques within the framework of the program of the federal innovation platform "Effective model of training engineering educators".
A scientific and practical seminar on teaching English in the 21st century was held at TSTU On April 13 an international scientific and practical seminar "Teaching English in the 21st Century: Current Methods and Approaches" was held at Tambov State Technical University on the initiative of the Department of Foreign Languages and Professional Communication. The seminar was attended by teachers of English of Tambov schools. Within the framework of the seminar, sessions were held in the format of interactive lectures, which were conducted by foreign language educators from Istanbul Medipol University (Turkey), Tambov State Technical University and Karaganda Buketov University (Kazakhstan).
Foreign students of TSTU were introduced to the achievements of Russian science in space On April, 12 an educational seminar "Achievements of Russian Science in Space" was held at the Faculty of International Education of TSTU. Foreign students learned about the role of the Soviet Union and Russia in space exploration. At the end of the seminar a quiz was organized to test participants´ knowledge about events and personalities related to space exploration.
TSTU joined the Eurasian Universities Association The decision to join TSTU to the Eurasian Universities Association (EUA) was made by the Russian Union of Rectors in the frames of XV Congress of the Eurasian Universities Association held in Moscow State University in March. TSTU was presented at the Congress by the Vice-rector for Scientific Activities Dmitry Muromtsev. Membership in the EUA provides an opportunity to participate in international conferences, universities´ creative discussions and exchange experiences. The Association develops a unified educational space and humanitarian cooperation.
TSTU held the International Olympiad in Russian as a Foreign language "We speak Russian" The Faculty of International Education of TSTU held the IX annual International Olympiad in Russian as a Foreign language "We speak Russian", dedicated to the 65th University anniversary. More than 300 students from Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Republic Srpska took part in the competition. The participants competed in six nominations — an essay, a reader's contest, a video postcard, a role-playing game, a quiz on country studies and a presentation "My Country" in Russian.
TSTU took part in an international conference organized by the Karpagam Academy of Higher Education On March, 30 students of Tambov State Technical University and representatives of the International Department took part in the International online Conference "Emerging Vistas in English Language and Literature". The conference is organized by the English Language Department of the Karpagam Academy of Higher Education (India). TSTU acted as a co-organizer of the conference. The purpose of the International Conference is to unite scientists, researchers, professionals and educators from foreign countries to discuss current trends, achievements and new developments in the field of teaching a foreign language at a university.
Representatives of the International Department of TSTU took part in an online meeting with representatives of Shenyang University of Technology (China) On March, 28 an online meeting with representatives of Shenyang University of Technology took place at Tambov State Technical University. During the meeting the parties agreed on the possibility of mutual bilateral visits of the universities´ administrations in order to get acquainted with the laboratory, scientific and technical base of both universities, the organization and implementation of exchange programs of teaching staff and students, joint international educational programs and projects, as well as historical and socio–cultural events planned in April - May this year.
TSTU and Kyrgyz State Technical University have identified areas of cooperation development On March 23, the administration of Tambov State Technical University held an online meeting with the representatives of Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov on the development of cooperation. In the framework of this meeting the participants discussed joint scientific seminars, the details of implementation of the international academic mobility in the bachelor's degree program "Infocommunication Technologies and Communication Systems" and the possibility of further realization of this program in a network format.
Teachers of TSTU and University of East Sarajevo of the Republic of Srpska continue to implement a series of online lectures On March 21 as part of lectures course organized under the cooperation agreement between Tambov State Technical University and University of East Sarajevo (Republic of Srpska), the third guest scientific and educational module of Associate Professor of the Department "Engineering and Technology of Road Transport" Vladimir Gavrikov for Serbian students took place.
Meeting of TSTU Rector and the President of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska In the frames of the visit to the Republic of Srpska, the Rector of TSTU Mikhail Krasnyansky discussed with the President of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska Rajko Kuzmanović the possibilities of scientific cooperation between the two institutions, as well as cooperation in the field of scientific research between the two countries in general. The plans consider the interaction of TSTU with several departments of the Academy – with the departments of mathematics, physics and geosciences, chemical and biological sciences, technical sciences, language and literature, historical sciences.

During the trip, agreements were reached and new areas of cooperation between TSTU and University of East Sarajevo and University of Banja Luka were outlined.
Teachers of University of East Sarajevo implemented a course of open online lectures for TSTU students Within the framework of the signed cooperation agreement between Tambov State Technical University and University of East Sarajevo (Republic of Srpska), open lectures were held by teachers of the Serbian University for students of the Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Transport of TSTU. The teachers shared with the students their knowledge and experience in the field of absolute and relative indicators of road safety in the Republic of Srpska, logistics strategies and decision-making, classification and forecasting of transport services.
Meeting of TSTU International women's club "Nadezhda" On March 3, a meeting of the international women's club "Nadezhda" was held in Tambov State Technical University. On the eve of March 8, university students from around the world discussed the role of women in politics, public activities and talked about the famous women of their countries.
TSTU has launched an academic mobility program in cooperation with the Kyrgyz National University named after J.Balasagyn Tambov State Technical University and Kyrgyz National University named after J.Balasagyn are conducting an academic mobility program "Topical issues of national and international law" from March 1 to May 31. The purpose of the program is to identify the scientific and creative potential of students, discuss and find solutions to problems of national and international law, exchange research experience. On March 1 lectures on the topic "The civil status of minors in the Russian Federation and CIS countries" and "Copyright in the system of Russian and international legislation" were held online for students of two universities.
TSTU hosts the delegation from West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University On February 21-22 representatives of West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University – Kanat Narikov, head of the department "Architecture and construction"; Lyazzat Mairanova, head of admission and career guidance department; Tlekkabyl Gizatulla, lecturer of the department "Architecture and construction" visited Tambov State Technical University. In the framework of the meeting foreign guests presented their university, got acquainted with TSTU methodological and laboratory base, discussed the prospects of Kazakhstan citizens’ admission to TSTU. The delegation met with University administration and teaching staff of the Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Transport. The decision was made to organize online lectures of TSTU teaching staff for West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University students, academic mobility programs, joint research and active participation in conferences, seminars and training workshops.
TSTU and University of East Sarajevo (Republic Srpska) are implementing a series of online lectures On February 15 Pavel Balabanov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Head of TSTU Department "Mechatronics and Technological Measurements" delivered the first lecture for students of University of East Sarajevo. It is planned to conduct 8 educational modules for students of the Departments "Mechatronics and Robotics", "Technology of Transport Processes", "Operation of Transport and Technological Machines and Complexes" of TSTU and "Transport and Traffic Management" of University of East Sarajevo.
TSTU held an online meeting with representatives of Republic Srpska An online meeting of administrations of TSTU, the cities of Michurinsk and Derventa (Republic Srpska) took place on the site of Tambov State Technical University. During the videoconference participants discussed the prospects of joint events in the fields of gardening, culture and education. This meeting allowed municipalities to present their potential and discuss plans for further development of international relations.
Tambov State Technical University expands cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic On February 7, the International Department of TSTU took part in an online coordination meeting organized by Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn on organization and holding of the XXVI International Scientific Conference "Russian Studies and Modernity". Russian Language Teachers and representatives of General Education Disciplines Department will act as coordinators of one of the sections and will organize a methodological seminar at which they will share the best practices of teaching Russian as a foreign language.
TSTU educators took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Prospects for the development of science, engineering and technology" at West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University The Department of "Agroengineering" of Tambov State Technical University together with the Department of "Transport and Technology" of West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University held an international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Prospects for the development of science, engineering and technology" where the colleagues exchanged their professional experience.

Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund On January 24 TSTU International Department held an online meeting with the head of the National Library of Srbac (Republic Srpska) and the coordinators of A.M. Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund. The parties discussed the possibilities to arrange the joint application within the new grant competition of the Gorchakov Fund.
Tambov State Technical University develops international cooperation with India On January 18 an online meeting of representatives of the International Department of Tambov State Technical University with representatives of the Karpagam Academy of Higher Education took place. During the meeting, representatives of universities exchanged video materials about their institutions and shared their vision of interuniversity cooperation in the field of science and education, as well as the further development of bilateral strategic partnership on topical international academic issues.
International students took part in the "Winter-2023" project Teachers of the Department "Russian Language and General Theoretical Disciplines" organized series of extracurricular activities for foreign students studying Russian during the New Year holidays as part of the "Winter- 2023" project. The students visited the exhibition of ice sculptures in the Aseyev Estate, the Museum and Exhibition Hall "History of the City of Tambov", the Tambov Regional Art Gallery traditional exhibition "The Light of the Christmas Star".
TSTU is in the Top hundred universities according to the International Ranking RUR At the end of 2022, the Round University Ranking agency (RUR), in partnership with Clarivate Analytics, presented the annual international ranking of universities, as well as subject rankings. Tambov State Technical University has once again entered the top hundred universities in Russia. TSTU, being the only university in the region that was included in this ranking, ranks 76th among Russian universities, while in some indicators the university has demonstrated higher positions: in terms of the quality of research TSTU took 38th place among the universities of the country, in the subject ranking of technical sciences - 51st place.
Meeting of the International Department of TSTU with representatives of the University of East Sarajevo, Republic of Srpska On December 26, the International Department of TSTU held the online meeting with representatives of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Management of University of East Sarajevo. On the meeting the representatives of both Universities discussed a number of issues related to the organization of lecture courses in the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, the Russian-Serbian Winter Online School in the field of transport, traffic management, logistics and telecommunications, as well as the possibility of organizing academic exchange programs for students and teachers in full-time format.
TSTU develops cooperation with Yulin Pedagogical University On December 27 Tambov State Technical University and Yulin Pedagogical University (China) organized the online meeting where both Universities discussed the possibilities of developing interaction and concluding an agreement on cooperation. Yulin Pedagogical University is interested in training students at TSTU for a bachelor's degree program in mechanical engineering, since Tambov Technical University has great experience, a training base in this area, as well as a strong school for teaching Russian to foreign students.
TSTU will train masters in the field of construction within the framework of CIS Network University On December 21 the Rector of Tambov State Technical University Mikhail Krasnyansky signed a memorandum on the university's accession to the training of masters within the framework of CIS Network University in the direction of "Construction". Within the framework of CIS Network University TSTU will accept students from partner countries to study for a Master's degree in the field of construction - the Master's program "Design, Construction and Operation of Energy-efficient Buildings".
TSTU discussed the work plan with West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University On December 13 an online meeting between the representatives of West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University and Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Transport of TSTU was held as part of the agreement implementation on cooperation in the field of science and education signed in 2019. As a result of the meeting, agreements were reached on organization in the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year of joint lecture courses for students of WKUIT and TSTU under the educational program "Operation of transport and technological machines and complexes" within the framework of a network form of interaction, which will contribute to improving the quality of education, expanding the acquired competences with a practice-oriented approach in training qualified specialists.
Representatives of TSTU took part in the International Conference on Education Export The delegation of Tambov State Technical University took part in the International Conference on Education Export in Nizhny Novgorod. The conference was devoted to the discussion of the export of education, as well as education as a system for the formation of interethnic and interconfessional dialogue, countering extremism and radicalism. The conference was attended by representatives from Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia and China.
The Department of "Economic Security and Quality" summed up the results of the International academic mobility program On December 6, the Department of "Economic Security and Quality" summed up the results of the International Academic Mobility on the topic: "Safety and Technology" between partner universities- Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University and TSTU. The international event was actively attended by teachers and students of partner universities.
The Faculty of International Education held "The Birthday of the letter Ё " An open lesson "The Birthday of the letter Ё" was held at the Faculty of International Education of TSTU. The event was attended by teachers and foreign students of Tambov State Technical University and Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn. Foreign students got acquainted with the history of the letter "Ё" and its appearance in the Russian alphabet, demonstrated their first successes in learning the Russian language. Students took part in contests, sang, danced and even drew.
Online meeting of TSTU representatives and Suqian University On December 1, 2022 Tambov State Technical University hosted an online meeting with representatives of Suqian University (China). Through videoconferencing, the colleagues discussed the roadmap, the prospects for joint work in the field of innovative academic cooperation, research and project activities aimed at training highly qualified international engineering specialists, as well as the opening of the Russian Language Center on the basis of the Chinese partner university.
TSTU Russian Language Center will be opened on the basis of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn On November 21, an online meeting was held as part of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between Tambov State Technical University and the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn.
The purpose of the discussion was the prospect of opening TSTU Russian Language Center on the basis of the Kyrgyz partner university to popularize the Russian language and culture among the youth of Kyrgyzstan.
TSTU foreign students attended the opening of an art exhibition Foreign students together with their curators, teachers of the Russian language visited the opening of the exhibition of works by the People's Artist of Russia Vitaly Popov "I don't know another country like this" at the Museum and Exhibition Center of the Tambov Region.
TSTU Masters students took the 2nd place in the first round of the International Student Olympiad in Mechanical Engineering organized by the Oryol State University. Participants had to demonstrate theoretical knowledge and ability to solve typical problems in mechanical engineering technology.

Third-year architecture student of Tambov State Technical University won first place in the international architectural competition "Beautiful Houses" The awards ceremony took place in Moscow in the frame of XII International Architectural, Construction and Interior Exhibition "Beautiful Houses. Russian Architectural Salon 2022".
TSTU hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference on Statistical Research Methods On November 8 - 9, TSTU Technopark "Vernadsky" hosted the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference on "Statistical methods for studying the socio-economic and ecological systems of the region" organized by the Department of Economic Security and Quality with the joint participation of the Department of Nature Management and Environmental Protection.
An open lesson "Our strength is in unity" was held for foreign students of TSTU The event was held on the eve of the Day of National Unity. It was organized by the Faculty of International Education, international students club "Globus" and teachers of the Department "Russian Language and General Educational Disciplines".
III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Digitalization of the Agro-industrial Complex" took place at Tambov State Technical University On October 25-27, III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Digitalization of the Agro-industrial Complex" was held at Tambov State Technical University with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. The main purpose of the conference was to discuss, exchange best practices and identify possible ways to solve problems on the development of methods and algorithms for creating intelligent information management systems for the agro-industrial complex. The conference was attended by researchers and educators of partner universities from Russia, as well as the representatives of the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia.
The international scientific seminar "Ideas of Academician V.I. Vernadsky: a Look into the Future" was held at Tambov State Technical University On October 6-7, 2022 the international scientific seminar "Ideas of Academician V.I. Vernadsky: a Look into the Future" took place at Tambov State Technical University as part of the meeting of the Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences to study the scientific heritage of the great Russian scientist V.I. Vernadsky. As an invited international guest of the event, Branko Savanovic, Director of the National Library of Srbac of the Republika Srpska, addressed all participants with a welcoming speech.
TSTU joined the Russian-Kyrgyz Consortium of Technical Universities Rector of TSTU Mikhail Krasnyansky and Vice-Rector for International Activities Elena Mishchenko took part in the opening of the Week of Russian Education in Kyrgyzstan and in the conference "Integration Processes in the Scientific, Technical and Educational Environment". Universities presented their plans for the development of cooperation with universities of Kyrgyzstan. After the discussion and open voting, 4 new universities were accepted into the Russian-Kyrgyz Consortium of Technical Universities: Don State Technical University, Tambov State Technical University, Russian State Professional Pedagogical University, Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov.
Representatives of TSTU took part in the international scientific and methodological conference on engineering pedagogy On September 9, 2022 within the framework of the international project ENTER "Engineering Educators Pedagogical Training", a scientific and methodological conference "Engineering Pedagogy and ENTER network - achievements and possibilities" was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakhstan. The Head of International Relations Office Larisa Mikheeva presented the final report on the results of the international project ENTER at Tambov State Technical University, focusing on successful practice of the project and the further use of the results and data obtained for the purpose of subsequent international cooperation and exchange of experience.
Gleb Komandin, a third-year student of Tambov State Technical University (Institute of Law), participated in AEI-ASEM Summer School 2022 (Online) on 15-31 August 2022. This year’s summer school, themed "Civic Engagement and Sustainable Development" will focus on a student-led workshop and forum which allows students to discuss and explore different aspects of the theme in a multicultural setting with participants from Asia and Europe.
